I have been with dstv for some time i am a Premium subscriber when i agreed to the packedge i went in with a understanding that my money will pay for a x amount of channels and verity. Now that i am paying R980 per month the agreement has changed and i dont have a say in the matter this is ******* and wrong. I am receiving less channels and repeated channels but the price keeps going up. I have complaint by the company direct lodged number of concerns and it seems no one cares, As of the 1 October 2020 two more channels are being cut where does this leave someone like me that has been paying on time every months . where do i go cause it seems the contract agreement can only be adjusted from the one side if i decide that i want to pay less they will close the channels and let collectors call me for short payment but if the tables are turned we just to accept this is not legal.
