Service at Maponya mall is ****

I am beyond Livid with Multi choice in Maponya mall . This week I came 4 times bringing back a decoder that was malfunctioning and recently just got it last month .

I recently just called the call centre and was told stores close at 6 but when I get there at 2 they they tell me that it closes at 2:30 and they stop taking customers at 2 . How are we suppose to to enjoy our lockdown when one thing that keeps us entertained is not working and we make payment with no fail to get services and the employees give us attitude as well . J might be the only one writing this but I feel a lot of people are complaining about the same thing .
