**** service at dstv

i cancelled my dstv in july then was debited. after calling the called centre many time for refund I was advise they will get someone to call me till today I am still waiting. I did not get my refund back or a call and its been over a month yet they so quick to cut your dstv if you pay 1 day late and must pay a re connection fee...maybe I should charge interest on my money and bank charges or take legal action
