<p>I paid my Dstv account on the 1st Oct ...wanted to pay R500 the pikn pay cashier typed R195 instead so I told her to do another payment of R300... To my surprise when I checked the till slip she had paid R195 to the wrong account of Sibanyoni CN ********** I called Dstv and spoke to some lady nd she gave an email to send through my request ..I did as she told me but still nothing has been done ...its almost 3months done the line and nothing... I called today spoke to some lady Nompumelelo she sounded like she was chewing while assisting me and she wasn't listening to me, and was giving me crazy answers ....I'm just ****en ****ed right now because now I apparently owe dstv 150 something mxx this is **** </p>
