**** service...

I though when i switched to Explora life would be bliss, oh how wrong have i been, ts been hell. I am tempted to throw it out the window when i get home today.

In the month of August around the 23rd i recieved an sms notifiying me that my account is in arreas and i need to pay R844.00 before my decoder gets disconnected which i found strange because i pay via debit order every month, i called the call centre and it was confirmed that i have two residential addresses hence i was being billed twice, i asked consultant to sort it out and she confirmed that it will be.

In September around the 23rd i receieved the same sms, once again i called the call centre and she confirmed that i had two reisidential addresses on the system and i was being billed twice but that my debot order didnt go off. An ad-hoc debit order was done on 30 September. I then asked her to reassure me that the incorrect residential address will be removed and that the issues with my debit order will be sorted and she confirmed that her supervisor will notify me as i requested feeback. No called or emailed me.

Today i recieved the same sms telling me that i owe R1116.26, honestly this is getting pathetic now. I called in again and she confirmed that i have two residential addresses on the system, how hard can it be to remove this residential address, can i come down to your office and do it my self as this is now annoying, how *********** are your staff? Before i called in i checked my statement and noticed the debit order did not go off, apparently my debit order date was changed even though i did not change it. The consultant that i spoke to confused me even more telling me that i owe about R1600 because my debit order returned on 23 August, i checked on my statement and nothing, what is she talking? She then told me that there is an additional R200 that i owe, i asked what is it for and she put me on hold i assume to ask her supervisor, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES BEARING IN MIND THAT TOTAL TIME OF THE CALL WAS 40 MINUTES, you have to be kidding me, i eventually hung up as i was tired of waiting.

What do i need to do to get this right, i call you guys every month for the same thing spending on average 20 minutes per call, today 40 miniutes! This is absolute *******!
