Terrible service, no wonder they lose customers.
My DStv app does not work to stream. On my first I made to the call center, I was on the line for 20 minutes to be promised my issue will be resolved in 15 minutes. Needsless to say nothing happened. I called again and the same promise were made to get it sorted. .
Absolutely **** service!!!!! DStv is not the money worth we are paying.
Become professional and get your organisation and services sorted out!!!!
