I want to downgrade to easy view because this month is tough one financially. I was on premium now they first tell me to be downgraded I need to pay R397, 19.i paid that when asking when my services will be activated fir easy view I get told I need to pay R670 for premium services until 1st of July I dont want premium. I want easy view that is what I am asking for. How is that so difficult to do. It is paid for just activate easy view now I get a run around about premium being the current package on decoder. Must I go a month without TV about something that trivial. Very disappointing.
