I paid an amount of R560 on the 25th and another R560 on the 26th for the same DSTV Compact account however today I'm expect to pay an amount of R525.15 can someone please help understand this guys. I've spent the past 3 day trying to sort this out however 3 agents have failed to explain this to me and when i ask to speak to a manger all 3 agents can not provide me with contact details.
