26 Jul 2022, 22:02Your callcentre is the worst,you'd swear it's a taxi rank,people shouting asking for R50 taxi fare not even talking to clients some laughing and chatting screaming . Cape Town cal centre is very unprofessional, as for the Sithole lady, Phaphama supervised by Anathi, I'm seriously shocked that anyone at a place of employment behaves like they do. They don't realise customers are the bloodline of that business whatsoever,they must be thinking they do us a favour. I cannot believe the **** we out up with when dealing with yourselves.
