I am a full package subscriber. For the past months I complained to MC that i dont get access to certain channels e.g. CH108. I also have no proper access to my channels on my Walker.
No one is able to help or care

Kindly take your decoder's in for testing at the nearest DStv Agency or Service Center, should they work when you get there then the problem point to your installation which you will need to contact an accredited installer for assistance.
