I spoke to a dstv service warrior and she was so rude to me, her name is Nozola, she advised that she is in Shanon's team, the time of this call was from around 15:26 i believe, i called from my office line ***, i then requested her supervisor's surname, so i can send her an email and she refused and put me on hold for a very long time
