I have been having issues with the internet for the past 2 month my data doesn't last I'm constantly spending money and no new devices has been add to my Router and its very secure, no one can explain to me why this is happening, I dealt with a guy by the name of Collin who assisted me greatly with some of the issues, as for his Manager Neo Marinyele he blatantly ignores customers with all issues, I called in today to find out again what is going on because I had to top up 50gigs not even 2 days ago which this morning I got a sms it was depleted again in 2 days, a Lady by the Name Mpumelelo Msomi blatantly **** and said I can't top up I have reached my Limit, I called in not even a minute after dropping the call and the other consultant recharge my account so quickly, as a customer of DStv more then 10 years Please cancel my account every thing with u guys, I am gatvol of Dstv
