I am honestly thinking of canceling the internet subscription and pay exit fee then file a lawsuit against them because wow. From day 1 they are issue and when I wanted to cancel, they will charge me an exit fee. 14 days cooling off period isn't applicable for some reason. Very poor service, 1 star is more than enough
