Seriously ? AGAIN ?

I cancelled my DSTV services about 3 years ago - not that these cancellations have not been without problems, such as 10 months after cancelling i noticed you were *******ly debiting my account for R35/month for decorder care - That was then refunded - with no apology, but be that as it may i just wanted to get rid of DSTV and thought that 3rd time (This time) i would have bit more luck.

So a few days ago i receive an email from ITCBA regarding some debt counciling or outstanding fees due to multichoice- Which already gets me steaming, due to the fact that i dont have any dealings with you at all. So i follow up, getting more and more angry, wasting my time, with the threat of possibly being Blacklisted.

So i persisted and wanted to find out the origins of these outstanding invoices. Though i shouldnt be surprised they dont know which day, month or even year these "outstanding amounts are from....

At this stage anger is turning to something far worse.

I tried to deal with these "Debt councillors" ... but eventually lost it - The made mention that i owe DSTV R850 for the month of November 2016 - Which is amusing due to the fact that my decorder has been in storage for the pas 3 years - However sarcasm eluded them, as well as te fact that they really dont care.

Eventually i called DSTV directly and after about an hour of holding, being transferred about or speaking to the wrong person i got one guy who seemed to know what was going on.

He mentioned this is a regular occurance for DSTV and that you had attempted to debit my account - unsucessfully - This would be due to having to close this account after being harrased so much by DSTV with other ******* debits.

However, they then tried to reverse these frees and there was still another transaction that still needed to be reversed in order to maintain a zero balance. YAY, we should all be happy by this ?

You have wasted 3 hours of my time responding to "attourneys" or "debt councillors" who are esentially trying to ****** money from me and dealing with completely incompitent staff. You have then taken it a step further and forwarded my details onto debt collectors (Which must also have a financial inplications to yourself)

Therefore seeing as you are so willing to waste your own money - How are u going to compensate me for YOUR mistake (Which really is not acceptable), which has wasted hours of my time, created unessesary stress, due purely to your disorganised accounting systems, followed up by your poor, or should i say non existent communication. All for R165.00 which is not really outstanding ??????

Regards.
