Senseless Accounting
So I paid my January 2020 services on 21 December 2019 (December services paid for 1 December 2019 as I always pay first day of the month). Now my services were disconnected because "my last payment was on 21 December 2019". That is absurd because the 21 December payment was for period running from 1 January 2020. Stop cheating people.

Your payment date is on the 30th of every month and not the 1st. We did not receive the payment on the 30th of January. This is the reason the account was suspended.
