Selling poorly built decoders

The explora decoder that I bought last year is faulty, the decoder reboots every now and them. This morning I went to the repair centre at Jabulani mall only to be told that the warranty ended yesterday. Multichoice is selling us decoders of poor quality and then the after support is terrible. You cannot tell me that my warranty ended yesterday. During the week I am at work, I cannot miss work to go to the repair. Guys please be reasonable. Maybe it's about time I cancel the account.
