Sell stuff with no Support backing up!

On Saturday we decided to rent a box office movie online, something we did once previously with good success. But somehow we had serious problems playing this movie, it buffered for long times then play a few seconds and then buffered again and then stops totally. Eventually two or three hours later we managed to maybe watch 10 minutes of the movie and we gave up. I tested my internet connections (both of them), both were getting good speeds and played You Tube with no problems. I tried contacting a support line, but no online box office support exists over weekends. <br> <br> So Sunday evening we tried again, same story, slightly better but we couldn't watch more than 15 minutes in total. We gave up again. I contacted them on Monday and basically they blamed it on my flashplayer, pc, or internet connection. Monday we managed to watch the movie with no problem.<br> <br> My issue here is that, they blame the problem on us, if their servers can't handle the capacity over weekends surely they must just limit the amount of movies that can be booked... but why would they when they can take the money from so many people. Further how can you provide a service during a time when you have no support?
