Self Service website a joke

I have a DStv package at R749.00 per month. No escalation for 24 months! R953.65 is debited from our account on 10 September. I want to query so I go to the self service website which has statements available for April 2019. We are in SEPTEMBER! What happened to the four months in between. So I phone the call centre. One of those they call a call centre but you can have your choice of option 1 or 2 but you CANNOT speak to anyone to address a specific query. But I can listen again to the balance which they say is now outstanding. R899.00 due on 12th September. Only R1103.65 MORE than my subscription. So I go onto messenger on facebook and am told an agent will be with me in minutes. Given up waiting!
