Secondary decorder not showing any picture

Hello I'm Sibusiso ,I'm a very unhappy client who had made more then 10 calls but still haven't gotten any assistance until now . 2 weeks back I bought an explora A3 model ,I have a xtraview package ... The secondary decorder is the one giving me errors and not showing any picture ,I have called an installer which I paid for the his service Until today my problem is not solved ... Remember calling in cost money ,and the painful thing is being helped by a rude agent's and your problem is not solved ... My pain is that before the explora everything was working well ,all of the sudden I buy an explora then everything became a nightmare for me.
