SECOND DSTV DEC FOR THIS YEAR

my first dstv decoder was said to be a reject and i was told by the installers that dstv is now using inferior parts, after lots of arguing and fighting i received a new decoder, now just after my garentee has expired, conveniently off goes my dstv. i have noticed that this is a trend with these decoders and i thinks its a pathetic way of making money,as i must now go and pay R350 for an installer to check it out.after phoning the call center i was told that the error i am receiving 48-32 is an installation issue, the installer (Pak Afro Tech cc T/A View Tech) tells me i should have bought the expensive decoder and not the cheap one ,and its not his problem he just put the dish on.so its not dstv's problem ,not the installer's ...who's problem is this.i bought the decoder with installation included now i have an installation issue, is that my problem to incur?is dstv using inferior parts that are leading to this problem?i am utterly disgusted by this, is sounds to be a quick gimmick to ensure that south Africans are forced to be calling DSTV ACCREDITED installers out to sort out issues that are not the problem of consumers.
