Second decoder to be reconnect

I called dstv last week for not switching on my second decoder and everything was sorted out and it was working and the consultant told me I dont have any outstanding today my second decoder is off and got SMS saying I have outstanding,but how can I have outstanding on debt order Dstv services is very bad not happy with this at all.
