Second complaint for my price lock issue

I lodged a complaint about this exact issue before and it’s still not resolved. I am seriously appalled by the fact that I was approved for a price lock plan on 6 April already and all I got to date is the run around and lies. I have to follow up and I get spun a different story every time I speak to them. Second complaint same issue. Multichoice, YOU ARE DISGUSTING and you suck. I wish I could score you minus 10
