SD PVR insurance cancelled by DSTV

<p>I wanted to exchange my old SD PVR at multichoice and I was told my insurance on the device was cancelled but they do not have a note why and by whom... Everytime I called DCC I get a new case nr and a promise of haveing it resolve in 24 hours. This has been going on for a very long time and still no resolution. They are quick to cancel subscription if you a bit late with payments but take forever to correct the mistakes. Now they send me their prce increase. I am in the process of cancelling this service and go for OVHD. They are just ripping us off. Useless</p>
