screen ratio
I would like to inform multi choice that I am not happy with their service for the past 2 days. When I watch movies the screen resolution/ratio adjust itself time and again and it really irritates cause I cannot watch a movie properly. Can they please fix whatever problem they having cause it really isn't bring pleasure to me watching a movie

We tried to contact you today but could not reach you. Please accept our apology for the delayed response.
Sometimes the screen of a movie is already adjusted from the channel supplier. Should that be the case, we will need the name of the movie or programme and give feedback to the relevant department for assistance.
You may also adjust the screen by pressing the Menu button from the remote control. On the menu displayed you'll select Advanced Options, then select Aspect ratio. Use the arrow keys to select your preferred screen size and press OK to save.
However if the problem occurs almost every time. We suggest that hard reboot your decoder by pulling the power plug for five seconds. After five seconds, please put the power plug back on and allow the decoder to scan. Once the decoder has fully scanned, please check if the picture is restored.
