Scrambling HD Channel on DSTV Explora
<p>I have been paying my DSTV account but not getting value for my hard erned money.<br />My DSTV explora HD channels are Scrambling.<br />The installer have come is several times but still no luck. I even called DSTV office and followed the steps described by the agent but things still stays the same. This is so frustration.</p>
