Schemed

I have a problem with my Dstv account and regretting why I bothered with price lock. I was offered a price lock special of R549.00 per month, I have been calling Dstv and they are taking me from pillar to post, Your consultants promised to forward my query to the Price lock department who are the ones who are suppose to call me but till now, I have not received a phone call from them. I even tried calling a price lock department phone number I was given by Multichoice consultant so that I can activate my account with price lock, but they just put me on hold for 2 hours. I'm about to cancel this deal and hand it over to my attorneys as they violated our contract and I feel like I was being schemed.
