Sceduled broadcasting times and actual broadcast mismatch

Hi 1) Could you please synchronize the times you for a broadcast and the actual broadcast? Most of the series and sitcoms I record whilst at work will cut on the beginning and end, more for the latter. 2) Please change the playlist for you traditional country music channel from time time. It is month in and month out the same, getting pretty bored. Also, let someone with a little bit of music knowledge do that for Willy Nelson and Georgia on my mind is NOT country.
