Scan to Pay DSTV

I used Scan to Pay via FNB as I usually do and I was told that my Payment did not go through but the money was deducted from my FNB account. DSTV was threatening to cut my service and I had to pay the second time. I need my refund but so far I have sent from pillar to post.
