Multichoice hello peter division is just as bad as Multichoice pricelock division at resolving matters. When ever I write a review a hellopeter consultant will contact me as if they so concerned hear my story over and over and nothing comes of it. Multichoice is still debiting me for a service I am not in use of. It is useless for me to call the callcentre or visit a store as i get no help. In store I am given numbers to call of which no satisfaction comes from it. Now how long or what more must a person do to get this matter resolved. I can not sit back and just allow you to debit my account every month for something i do not have. DSTV is falling into the **** books for me. how can a person be talking one story from December 2021 and still not getting the proper assistance. I want all my debits back or else i will be oopening a case against Multichoice Dstv.
