****MY Spurious Charges: DSTV adding hidden costs

So I just got my Decoder and work installed, new job, so my employer pays for the DSTV account right... They want an invoice and at the end of the month they pay right. I get my invoice from DSTv on the 22nd amounting to 800 odd rand for Premium plus insurance. Then come pay date my employer finds that DSTV is asking for 919 rand and doesn't pay right because the invoice doesn't match the amount due.

Spoke with operators Creason and Ditshwanelo(who's a real *****). Creason tells me that there is some 100R PVR access fee due, so I natural tell him I know nothing about it and he checks and says to me it was an error on their end then he just vanishes... Enter the ***** Ditshwanelo.. She says its my fault I must pay else I'll get disconnected all that jazz. This female .. (wont call her a lady) is as rude and maybe just coconut headed as they get, and she keeps tryna run too, she sends and message and in the same breath sends the departing message.

It ain't my fault that DSTV generated and inaccurate invoice, I have spent a full day tryna get this resolved. I want them to generate and accurate invoice for next month and pause my account for this month, because they mde the error!
