******** DStv...theft of individuals funds with no consent
Zero rating...poor and pathetic DStv ********ly deducted R1043 instead of a service of R399....I have been pleading with them to return the amount or at least block their debit that amounts to teh overly deducted amount and they refused and still not wanting to return my R700 even though they agreed that it was their fault... HelloPeter please expose them as they were also rude to me as I have their emails confirming all the above...

The above requirement is of no reason apart from making things difficult...who will pay for these statements...the inconvinience and extra time and expenses to follow up with this is a hat your best customer service.
Also to note it's very unprofessional for you as a consultant to say it's an unfortunate that you can not reverse the amount even though you have no reason to.
