I called a installer having a problem of no signal on extra view. His name is prince from Devine solution satellites. Cell no: ***. He came and and climbed up and the signal was fine. He gave me an invoice it was R1 450.00 made of the following: Call out = R350.00 Lnb = R899.00 ( changed according to him without my concern ) Extra view = 200 ( I called with my phone while the TV was scanning to be activated. He only gave the multi choice people serial number of the other decoder )

I Questioned him as to why he changed the Lnb? And where is the changed one? Why he didn't communicate the problem with me before he changed?

His answer was to check for signal for other tv will take him long.and the changed Lnb is already loaded in their car while all their tools was still down there.

I asked him to put back the old one and I will pay call out as I can't pay for the extra view which just needed activation from call center which was done with my phone.

He came with Lnb from the car which I never saw when they took it there and put it back. Both tv got signals from it was fine and working, they pulled out the cable that goes in to the extra view and left.
