Dstv is disgusting every month my monthly bill keeps on going high. On the 20th I went to maponya mall branch and an agent advised that I need to make a payment of R190 which is outstanding from previous payment then I went and pay that money. Yesterday I receive a call from home that my services are disconnected, normally the cut of day is on the 4th but why now on the 01st, therefore I went to the store to make payment and I was required to pay R770 so meaning I paid R960. Can I get an explanation why so much money, why are your agents lying to us regarding payments, why is my account disconnected on the 01 of the month. If this is not sorted please close my account I can't be paying so much for a company with *********** agents who tells lies on the phone.
