******** in the name of MultiChoice (DStv)

My DStv hasn't been working since two days ago. I called them and waited for them to resolve until I ran out of airtime. Did they bother to call back or at least ensure my problem has been resolved? NOOO! I always ask myself what kind of business is not open to clients' complaints anyway!!?? That helps a business to develop. It's because MultiChoice is here to suck people out of their money with whole lot of stupid channels. You only get to watch 15 channels and pay for 70+ channels you never watch. **************** if you ask me. Then on the other hand we say we have a consumer protection institution.
