I have never experienced such bad service especially from a big company like multichoice I called on the 27th spoke to a lady called slindile to request for a refund she promised me I will get the refund before the end of the day this was Saturday don’t know how a refund is magically sent on a weekend I called again on Sunday morning at 8 spoke to Akhona who placed me on hold for 8 minutes Just to come back to tell me her manager can’t take an escalation on her desk what sick joke is that vuyokazi the manager indeed call me back spoke to her about the refund she promised me to call me Back on Monday as she had to escalate his matter to finance I never got a call back till today I called in again just to be told I need to go to service centre to have this sorted out by ntokozo with so much back round noise but says he working from home this is my money people I have kids to feed all I want is my money back nothing else
