I have just received the worst experience from multichoice DSTV firstly my account was upgraded without my knowledge and nw my tv is off because they say i must pay an amount of R1200 then told them i never upgraded and when they down grade they say i must pay R940 for what? I never requested this to be done and now when i call them they place me on hold for 10minutes .i want to cancel my dstv subscription why pay to much for shows that are always on repeat. Am not happy with dstv multi choice
