I'm so annoyed and disgusted as I speak right now. In fact I'm livid after I had spoken to a lady by the name of Sbongile 20 minutes ago, querying the amount of money that has been quoted through SMS which is more than my actual monthly subscription I always. She's telling me that they have added a reconnection fees yet my services has never been disconnected. She further argued with me that I paid late since it's the 5th of the month so is the reason for the reconnection fee charge. I've always been paying on 5th of the month every since I had DSTV more than 10 years. I need that payment to be revised and stop ******** your customers.
