Dstv is **** and ***. They phoned me last year October informing me that they are running a special on their premium package for 3 months until December 2022. I was meant to pay R549 for my compact Plus but getting the full premium package. I asked clearly if it was not a lie. They said no, it's a promotion. I realized later that they are instead asking that I pay R1000 for the premium package. They actually even switched off my subscription when I couldn't pay the full amount. They disregarded the fact that I'm on promo they phoned and offered. As we speak, they owe me a total of about R1300. I literally had to remind them in January that I'm not on premium, but compact plus.

Today I paid R500, but my subscription has been canceled. They owe me, I don't owe them. Can you believe it! I phoned their call centre and spoke to Ziyabukwa Maginxa. ***-i240. She could only say that she has escallated to her team leader by the name of Anathi. I eventually ran out of airtime.

No one bothered to call back with a solution.
