I need help cause wow now I'm so frustrated ever since I embarked on the journey of getting Router it's been hell,firstly I ordered router on 11th and was out on delivery on the 12th I kept on calling with no joy both the courier company and multichoice they had wrong cell number for delivery then on 25th they said um not contactable.

I have been promised call backs from supervisors by the so called agents as they working from home to this day no joy I guess I don't matter to multichoice I'm just one dissatisfied customer u have lots that are happy again I have been charged to cancel my price lock n nothing happened my debit order.

Now to top it all it has been delivered but I never received it just got a msg to say done I need to pay so my question cause a Hendrik Mbongwe received it and I dnt know that person and it never reached my place so wat now

I call the call center the clueless agent sends me to service centre only to be told to call back the call centre

My question is why am I spending money and why so much trouble and why give me a contract of a product I don't have or you just scanners working with *********
