DSTV disconnected my decoder without notifying,I pay every month and never later and they disconnected even when I still paid early as usual. Then I contacted them via WhatsApp and I was told I upgraded and within a month downgraded ,I told them I didn't upgrade and downgrade to any package ,they charged me for the upgrading then tell me I also owe reconnection fees from last month yet they never even disconnected me last month. I ended up paying R574 yet I'm supposed to pay only 409 monthly for my DStv. Please help,I will not let them abuse more faithfully paying consumers,please help me fight back.
