**** insurance sold with lies

Hi guys I want my complaint resolved yesterday I made calls to you to remove this R25 on my dstv account for insurance which was sold to me with lies. All the consultants I spoke to told me they will get back to me. Till this time nothing has been done and the R25 is still there. Please remove this I don't want that insurance I don't want to pay extra as dstv is costing a lot already and the consultant told me I won't pay extra but I'm seeing extra on my dstv bill. Please fix this ASAP
