**** from multichoice
on the 25 th of November i used the self service to check the balance it said I owe 150 i paid the 150 then the decoder didn't work used the self service aging to communicate with they turned it on after 2 day an sms came saying am owing 350 i called in they say the services we on in October and i didnt even use the decoder for the past year so did they bill me for October this is a real **** am so disappointed in dstv ill never recommend multichoice to friends and family as they **** us in saying we owe so much and when you pay they say you still owe
