so for the past 3 days I have been deliberately disconnected from my dstv as someone is to *********** to do their job properly ive spoken to several agents mind you its my time including airtime that they are not going to reimburse me for only to say the same damn thing over and over again so I made a payment of 370rand to dstv when I initially reconnected my package and requested to have a smaller package only to make the payment out of my account and the advisor whom I spoke to on that day advised me my payment there after would be 295 the first payment I made on the 1st of February i then made another payment on the 01 of March of 295 as advised only to a day later received a text message saying my services has been suspended barring in mind i have already made a payment on the 1st of March and sent proof of payment the message 8 received stated I owe 344 then the next day 395 then 385 I have been calling since Tuesday this week and I spoke to a consultant via whatsapp who again said the issue with be resolved the payment will be allocated which has not been done cause again my services has been suspended ive sent proof of payment even have a reference number ***6 of payment made on the 01 March what is this some sort of **** you guys are running my money is in your account only for incorrect information showing on my account I want this issue resolved i spoke to Mihlali.lastnight who reasurred me this is sorted i spoke to Zaman who said her manager princess i will receive a call this is disgusting coming from dstv
