They are *****ing people's money......... I was over charged and had to call 3 times to be told that they can't help me, even the supervisor Nothando said she has to escalate this was after waiting 2o minutes for her to take my call from wonderboy, Reece couldn't have been bothered he just hung up on me, and the first person I spoke to said whe will get some one to call me, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!! There has to be somewhere to report the ***** they are committing. No one knows anything when you call in which is really annoying and shows a deep level of incompetence.
