Ive been paying off an old DSTV Price lock since 2017, when i call them to find out what the total balance is or when the account will be up, they tell me 4months, and after every four months i still get notified to pay this account, no one can tell me where it comes from or why its still active the decoder does not even exist anymore, someone called me on my last review and said they will sort it out never heard from them again. I go to DSTV every year in Randburg and they assure me that its cancelled, unbelievable, its sad for such a big company to run their business like this.
