I'm not happy with multichoice, people that works for this company i think they dont know what they are doing. I been send from pillar to post by the consultant by the name Samkelisiwe and others, they even said their team leader will call me before end of day and i'm still waiting for there call. I have email to show that I've been complaining

Please assist with my query, my subscription is been blocked due to subscription that i dont know. They said i have two subscription which is access and compact which is not true. I've been send from pillar to post and the other one says its not blocked i can watch DSTV until today i see its blocked.

If im not wrong someone did that on my account, and the only person that was having that problem was my mum. Please advice if it was not her, her id number is *** MC Mhlongo she is the originator of that account until i took over after she left Johannesburg
