Satellite Issue

I have been struggling with connection issues only channel 161 and 194 error E38. I logged a call was told to get a specialist paid R400 to check my network setting and fix the satellite outside, it was fixed only for couple of days, called again was told to bring my decoder at the nearest store still didn't get help.

Can I please find a permanent solution to this issue since it has been on going for over a year now, and my kids enjoy both the channels
