Same issues every month - Really frustrated
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the repeated service suspensions I have been experiencing for the past three months due to the same error on your end. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, my account keeps getting suspended without any valid reason, and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of proper assistance from your team. Every month, I have to contact your customer service to reactivate my service because of an error that is clearly on your side. This is not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a service I am paying for. Each time I am assured that the problem is resolved, yet the issue persists, and I end up in the same situation again. I expect immediate action to resolve this problem permanently. I have been patient, but this ongoing issue is testing my limits. Please address this matter urgently and ensure that it does not happen again.

My payment should be R520, not the absurd R764.23 you claimed. Your response was beyond ***********—it was outright insulting. The fact that you didn't bother to check my account before sending such nonsense is appalling. I'm done with your stupidity. Get it together and fix my issue NOW!

The lack of urgency and accountability from your team is shocking. I am tired of repeating myself to different agents who seem utterly clueless about my case. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for DSTV.If this is how DSTV treats its paying customers, then perhaps it's time to consider other service providers who know how to resolve simple issues promptly and professionally. I demand immediate action to apply the discount to my account, or I will be forced to escalate this matter further.Your neglect in handling this matter is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution—now!
