Sales person providing false info

I have been promised two new decorders with a price lock deal and subsequent to installation (after contacting DSTV to ask where is second decorder), I was told sales person gave wrong info. I was promised twice a manger will contact me and nothing. So DSTV is promising certain things prior to entering into a deal with them and then change it once entered into. The initial conversation with sales person was recorder and yet I don't get a response from DSTV.
