Sad and bad and ****** service in benoni

Went to dstv multichoice in Benoni by Tom Jones Street I was told to ***of by the staff for the service am paying for simply because I was asking why is the 3rd consultant on their private cell phone for the past 45 minuiyest there is 40 PPL inthat small branch with no aircon or any air ventilation,got there by 10:00 am it's almost 1:30 hours and all I could get was take your decoder and leave..have been trying online services through WhatsApp which kept on telling me that sorry we have experienced some problem should we try again for 7times and I got one of your installers to assist which he advised the probleyis with the device,it's been 3 days now only to be told that they working for a company by the so called rude and ****** manager called mahandrid or whatever name with an attitude.... telling me to ***of n leave the branch I can go wherever I want,am not sure if is this the same dstv multichoice or some ****** and arrogant company which is milking usfor such bull****..
